Privacy
What we collect, and why
famingu.com has no accounts, no passwords and no payments. Here is the small amount of information it does collect, in plain language.

What you share with us
- CRM and ERP demo form (FamingU Flow): your name, phone number, email, business name and business type and, if you add it, roughly how many enquiries you get a day. The demo workspace itself holds only sample data and is deleted after 24 hours.
- AI demo email box: your email, if you choose to leave it after trying a demo.
- What you paste into the AI demos: the error, locator or HTML you type in, and the answer you get.
- Booking a call: handled by Calendly, under their privacy policy.
- WhatsApp, phone or email: anything you send us directly.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you, to talk about the service you asked about, and to improve our demos. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Where it is stored
- Form details and demo usage are saved to a private Google Sheet that only our team can open (Google privacy policy).
- Text pasted into the AI demos, and the sample enquiries inside FamingU Flow, are sent to Anthropic, the company behind the Claude AI, to produce the answer (Anthropic privacy policy).
- The FamingU Flow demo workspace (sample products, staff, enquiries and orders) lives in a database on Supabase in the Mumbai region (Supabase privacy policy). It holds sample data only; your form details are not copied into it, except the business name you choose to show on screen.
- To stop misuse of the AI demos, we keep a daily count per visitor in a cloud database (Upstash privacy policy). It holds counts only and deletes itself after two days.
- The website is hosted on Vercel. Visitor statistics are anonymous totals from Vercel Analytics (Vercel privacy policy).
How long we keep it
- FamingU Flow workspace: deleted automatically 24 hours after it is created, including every sample enquiry, order and message in it.
- Your form details (name, phone, email, business name and type): kept in our Google Sheet for as long as they are useful for talking to you about CRM and ERP, and deleted when you ask.
- AI demo inputs and answers: kept in the same sheet so we can improve the demos, and deleted when you ask.
- Demo usage counts: delete themselves after two days.
The daily limit on AI demos
Each AI demo allows 10 runs per visitor per day. To count them, we use your internet connection’s IP address, which is the only thing we have for a visitor who has not told us who they are. The count is stored as a number against that address for the day and is not linked to any form you fill in.
Cookies
famingu.com sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The FamingU Flow demo sets two small cookies so your browser can find its own workspace: one that identifies the workspace and one that remembers which staff member you are viewing as. A third remembers that you have already filled in the form so you are not asked again. They are not readable by scripts on the page, are not shared with anyone, and expire with the workspace (24 hours) or within six months for the form cookie. The Calendly booking widget on the contact page may set its own cookies under Calendly’s policy (Calendly privacy policy).
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email solution.famingu@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at (+91) 8849953822, and we will act on it within a few working days.
Please do not share
Do not paste passwords, API keys, customer data or confidential code into the demos.
