Questions
Should we build a custom system or use Zoho, Odoo or similar?
It depends on your workflow. If an existing tool fits, we will say so and can set it up for you. Custom makes sense when your process is specific or the big tools feel too heavy.
Can it work with WhatsApp and text messages?
Yes. Inquiries, quotes, order updates and invoices can go out by text message (SMS), email or WhatsApp, and replies land back in the same conversation. Text messages to US numbers need a registered business number through the SMS provider, and WhatsApp needs the WhatsApp Business API; we set up both with you.
Where is my data stored?
In your own database on a reputable cloud provider, in an account you own, with a region of your choice (Mumbai for most Indian businesses). Not in a spreadsheet. Every change is logged, and you can export your data at any time.
How much does it cost?

Do we need a full ERP for our manufacturing business?
Not always a full ERP. Most manufacturers start with orders with stages, stock and materials that update by themselves, purchase orders and invoices, all in one place. That is what we build first. Modules like payroll or accounting can connect later.
